With continued rising temperatures and the news reporting both record breaking global temperatures and dire drought conditions in regions throughout BC, we need to ensure continued water conservation, reducing evaporation potential when watering outdoors and identifying and implementing water saving options. Kettle River Watershed: Level 3 (severely dry)
Okanagan River Watershed: Level 3 (severely dry)
Province is requesting a voluntary 30% reduction in water use from water licence holders. If you receive your water from a Water Supplier (Irrigation District, Municipality, Community Water System, etc) connect with your supplier to determine what water restrictions are in place.
