ROCK CREEK & BOUNDARY FAIR ASSOCIATION
The Rock Creek & Boundary Fair Association will hold its Annual General Meeting at the Rock Creek Fair Grounds on Wednesday, November 20th at 7:00 pm.
Doors of RCFBA Pavilion will open from 6:00 to 6:30 for anyone needing to pay their $5.00 membership dues. There will be a short General Meeting at 6:30, followed by the AGM at 7:00 pm. Election of the 7 Board of Directors and 4 Executive Officers will take place at the AGM. If you wish to become a member of the BOD or Executive or wish to nominate someone, please contact Dean Corbett at president@rockcreekfallfair.ca or 250-446-2420.
Association members and anyone who would like to join one of our community’s most culturally historic and public associations are welcome and encouraged to attend. This will be a great opportunity to see and find out what projects we have recently completed, our future projects and planning the future infrastructure upgrades and amendments we hope to do in 2025 and beyond. Most importantly, we will be looking for ideas, suggestions, help and input for our 80th year at the 2025 Fair!
