ROCK CREEK &BOUNDARY FAIR ASSOCIATION AGM
The Rock Creek & Boundary Fair Association will hold its Annual General Meeting at the Rock Creek Fair Grounds on Wednesday, November 17th at 7:00 pm. There will be a short General Meeting, followed by the AGM. Election of the 7 Board of Directors and 4 Executive Officers will take place at the AGM. If you wish to become a member of the Executive or BOD or wish to nominate someone, please contact Dean Corbett at aloebc@vip.net or 250-446-2420.
We will follow COVID-19 protocols including physical distancing and the wearing of masks. Doors of RCFBA Pavilion will open at 6:30 for anyone needing to pay their $5.00 membership dues.
Association members and anyone who would like to join one of our community’s most public associations are welcome and encouraged to attend. This will be a great opportunity to see and find out what projects we have recently completed, what future projects we look forward to finishing and planning the future infrastructure upgrades and amendments we hope to do in 2022 and beyond. Most importantly, we will be looking for ideas, suggestions, help and input for the 2022 Fair.
